Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original method of payment. The time required to receive the credit depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Delivery
Keel delivers orders in Kuwait using its own fleet.
Upon delivery, you may be asked to provide an electronic or physical signature. This confirms that you have received all purchased items in the order.
If you are not available at the delivery address, the order may be handed to any person present at that address. Their signature will be considered confirmation of receipt.
If delivery attempts fail, please contact customer care to arrange another delivery time. Keel is not responsible for orders that remain undelivered for more than 7 days from the purchase date.
